ASBURY PARK SERIES

I have been lucky enough to spend every summer of my life at The Jersey Shore. I was interested in taking a familiar iconic building in Asbury Park and creating a series. 

 

While channeling Bruce Springsteen as I worked on this series, my process was to use this building and place it at different times of day/year. The paintings work well as a series but also as individual paintings.
